How to Complete this form.
Please complete the below form should you wish to purchase an AASA License and Club Membership, an AASA License alone, or an RKC Membership only. This is to be used for renewals and updating of details for Life Members as well.
An AASA License is required for practice and racing at Rockhampton Kart Club. Your AASA License is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Strictly no access to on-track racing / practice activities without a valid AASA or KA License, Signed Waiver and endorsed Circuit Signal Questionnaire.
KA or KNSW licenses are permitted for race days only.
Please allow 1 week for license and Membership processing. All details need to be entered individually (including for each family member) to ensure compliance with our licensing and insurance obligations.
Once processed, your AASA License will be emailed directly to you. Your will receive separate correspondence from RKC to confirm your RKC Membership.
Privacy - The information you enter in this form will be shared with AASA for the purpose of insuring an RKC Race License, and RKC for the purpose of managing RKC Club Membership accordingly.
If applying for Family Membership, please complete this form for each family member and license required but combine payment using options available in Square.
If applying for a Junior Membership, please complete this form for the child and note the Emergency Contact will be recorded as the Associate Member who will be the primary guardian on race and practice days. The Junior and Associate Membership payment will be combined using the options available in Square.
